Other condos similar to Oceania:  The Opal, Nautilus and Oceania all feature one-unit-per-floor.  These are large, upscale gulf-front condos located in the heart of downtown with Opal and Nautilus in Orange Beach and Oceania in the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores.  Both condos are narrow and tall and aesthetically pleasing with a solid package of amenities and revenue typically sits higher than the average.  Most of the time, these condos are rent-restricted meaning that weekend rentals are not permitted.  This keeps the through-traffic down and ensures that the condominiums are well taken care of.  Opal offers owners the use or private garages with plenty of space for vehicles and smaller boats.  Across from the condos in Orange Beach is Cotton Bayou, Old River and the Terry Cove area which leads around Ono Island to the East.  Oceania in Gulf Shores has Little Lagoon across the street and offers great views from elevated floors.  Little Lagoon has an entrance to the Gulf of Mexico at West Pass allowing smaller vessels, like boats and jet skiis to get in to the gulf.
