Sandy Key consists of 183 units spread through three towers. The condos at Sandy Key are two- and three-bedroom units with direct Gulf views. Nightly rental is allowed. Sandy Key units range from 1,204 square feet to 1,412 square feet.

Docks on Old River condos is located in West Perdido Key approximately 1/4 mile West of the Eden condominiums.  These units are a short drive to Pensacola, FL and the Flora Bama also.

Florencia is the areas premier bay front condominium and located in West Perdido Key.  The complex has a great amenity package and water access.

Galia condominium is located on Big Lagoon which is closer to Pensacola than any of the other condos on this page.  The condo was built in 2007.
