Gulf Shores Condos - North of Beach

These condos are scattered throughout Gulf Shores and each sales page offers current listings, aerial images and videos, interactive maps along with amenity and other pertinent details.

Enclave at Oak Hill sits near the intersection of State Hwy 180 (Fort Morgan Rd.) and Hwy 59; the main artery for traffic in to Gulf Shores.  The Enclave's best feature is the location.  Everything Gulf Shores has to offer, except for the actual Fort Morgan, can be reached in under 10 minutes.  Visit our sales page for more info.

Lagoon East are located just off of Highway 59 and next to Little Lagoon. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance of Lagoon East and the public beach access and Gulf Shores Hangout are just a couple of minutes down the road.

Oyster Bay Village is located between Little Lagoon and Oyster Bay. This community is strictly for people aged 55 and above, making it one of the more peaceful, quiet areas in town. Oyster Bay Village is located near the public library has a club house with a heated indoor pool.

Wedgewood Villas are in Central Gulf Shores. These condos are close to the Gulf Shores Golf Club and several other area golf courses. The Gulf Shores Hangout and public beach access is just a few minutes away, as is the Gulf State Park.

Brief Condo Synopses

Bayjohn is located near Plash Island off of County Roads 4 and 6. Bayjohn is at the mouth of Oyster Bay as it enters Mobile Bay and in between Gulf Shores and Bon Secour, Alabama. These condos in Gulf Shores are approximately 10-15 minutes from the Gulf Shores Hangout and downtown.

The Beach Club condos in Gulf Shores were built around 2001 and have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The Beach Club consists of four towers and all of the units offer unbeatable Gulf of Mexico views. The Beach Club features numerous restaurants, a spa, nightly pool-side entertainment, shopping and, beach rentals ranging from chairs to jet skis. Two of our area's top golf courses are within a five-minute drive.

Beach Front (condominium complex is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, approximately one mile west of the intersection of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard. Beach Front's best feature is its location and would make a great second home only a couple of miles from the Gulf Shores Hangout. Beach Front is on the Gulf of Mexico side of Beach Boulevard, but not all of the condos are direct gulf-front. Some of the condos offer unimpeded views of the Gulf of Mexico and some offer partial gulf views.

Beach Life is one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Comprised of several duplexes just one block north of the Gulf Shores Public Beach, this upscale community features a large pool with cabanas around in in the center of the property as well as a volleyball area and fire pit. The first duplex was completed in June of 2016 with others still under construction.

Beachcomber condominium is located one and a half miles West of Hwy 59 in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, AL. The condos are walking distance to the Gulf Shores Hangout.  The fact the Beachcomber is on the North side of Beach Blvd drastically reduce the price, but the rental numbers are strong making this a potential investment condo.

Beachview is on the opposite side of East Beach Boulevard from the Gulf Shores Hangout, the Pink Pony Lounge, and the public beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. These older condos offer some neat spaces in a phenomenal location.  Beachview offers great views from the South-facing balcony.

Bel Sole condominium is located 1 mile West of Little Lagoon bridge in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, AL. The condo is a short drive to downtown Gulf Shores.  Bel Sole is one of the new condos in the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores and the condominium is actually on the North side of Beach Blvd., but offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and has Little Lagoon access on the North side of the condo.

Boardwalk condo development was built in 1985 and is located in central Gulf Shores next to Sea-N-Suds restaurant. This restaurant is home to the best shrimp po' boy on the island and one of the last gulf-front restaurants. Sea-N-Suds is on the end of a pier over the Gulf of Mexico and is a really neat local attraction. Boardwalk is within walking distance of the Gulf Shores State Park fishing pier and Gulf Shores Hangout. All of the units in Boardwalk are direct gulf-front and have unimpeded views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Bridgeway is located about ten minutes north of the public beach in Gulf Shores. These condos are minutes away from numerous area restaurants and shopping centers. Amenities here include a community pool and green areas.

Buena Vista is a low-density condo development with only 34 units and was built in 1985. Buena Vista is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, but not all units directly face the Gulf of Mexico and some of the condos offer partial or indirect Gulf views. Buena Vista is very close to downtown Gulf Shores and a wide range of restaurants and entertainment venues.

Caribbean was built in 2000 and only has 32 units. Caribbean is located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores and is only a couple of minutes from downtown. Floor plans range from one-bedroom units with 770 square feet of living space to two-bedroom units with 1,058 square feet. The Caribbean is very close to downtown Gulf Shores and a variety of entertainment venues and restaurants.

Casa Del Sol is located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores and only a short drive to The Hangout, public beaches, and other Gulf Shores area attractions. Casa Del Sol is a low-density condo development and conveniently located in the downtown Gulf Shores area. The condo is a little older, but offers a great opportunity to pick up a beautiful condo when there are units for sale in Casa Del Sol.

Castaways condo development has 36 units and was built in central Gulf Shores in 1984. The floor plans in Castaways are all two- and three-bedroom condos ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. All of the units in the Gulf-front Castaways condominium complex offer unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Clearwater condominium complex has 32 units and was built in central Gulf Shores in 1998. The floor plans in Clearwater are all one- and two-bedroom condos ranging in size from 650 to 950 square feet. The Clearwater condo development is a great generator of rental income and is widely considered an ideal rental/investment property on the Gulf of Mexico.

Colonnades is a medium-density building with 53 gulf-front units built in 2006. The Colonnades rents very well, but units are priced higher because of a nicer amenity package and large floor plans. The Colonnades is close to the Alabama State Pier and State Park and includes a library, theater, and indoor heated pool with a retractable roof. The interiors also have upgraded surfaces, flooring, and other nice touches.

Colony Club is less than one miles from the Craft Farms Golf Club. The Colony Club floor plans are for one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and amenities include an outdoor pool, club house, tennis courts and a fitness center, just to list a few. The Gulf Shores Public Beach is about five miles away.

Compass Point condos are located on Little Lagoon in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores. These condos have one to three bedrooms and amenities including an outdoor pool and boat slips on the lagoon.

Cottages at Bay John are located in a secluded area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. These cottage-style condos have assigned boat slips and covered parking under the building. There are restaurants within easy walking distance and an onsite pool.

Crystal Shores West was also built in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores in 2006. Crystal Shores West has two- and three-bedroom units and a great amenity package that keeps in booked in the winter months. Crystal Shores West is a great investment opportunity, as it is one of the better rental condos in Gulf Shores. Crystal Tower condominiums were built in 2006 and have a superior amenity package including a gulf-front pool, indoor heated pool, game room, spa/hot tub, steam room/sauna, and each unit has views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. The building is actually on the north side of the beach road, but has unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Crystal Tower's pool is on the beach and has the only beach walkover in the area.

Cypress Point is located on the Craft Farms Golf Course just minutes from the Gulf Shores Hangout and public beach access. Craft Farms offers great shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities in one of the most popular golf communities in Baldwin County.

Del Mar Villas are located on the north side of Beach Boulevard in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores. In the center of the property is a community outdoor pool and a children's splash pad. There is also a grilling and picnic area with grills for community use.

Dolphin View is located approximately two miles West from the "T" in downtown Gulf Shores in the popular West Beach area. Dolphin View condo development is a small place on West Beach and close to a number of great downtown activities, including the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Dolphin Villas are located a few minutes north of the public beach in Gulf Shores. There is an outdoor community pool with fountains and a spacious sundeck. There is also a grilling and picnic area. Pets are allowed at Dolphin Villas.

Driftwood Towers condo development has 49 units and was built in West Beach in 1983. This condominium is close to Gulf Shores attractions and is within walking distance to Bahama Bob's restaurant, which is one of the last gulf-front eateries in Alabama. Driftwood Towers is also very close to the Gulf Shores Hangout and the beach in front offers chair and umbrella rentals in the summer months.

The Dunes  is a getaway from a getaway sitting at the farthest point in Alabama before you get wet on Fort Morgan road. This 68-unit development, built in 2002, is not an ideal investment condo from a rental standpoint, but if you are looking to get away from the crowd when you visit the Alabama Gulf Coast, owning your own condo at The Dunes may be just what the doctor ordered.

Dunewalk East & West is basically a duplex located just west of the Kiva Dunes Golf Course. It's a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico as well as the great golfing opportunities along its shores. This is a great little out of the way place, close to the area's better golf courses in the Peninsula and Kiva Dunes. Craft Farms and the Gulf Shores Golf Club are both under 10 minutes away.

Edgewater was built in 1982 and consists of only 28 direct gulf-front units. The building is located in the popular West Beach area and rents well in the summer months. Every condo in Edgewater sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico with unimpeded views of the Gulf and is close to downtown Gulf Shores and a variety of interesting things to do.

Edgewater West condominiums were built in 1984 and the development consists of 43 units, all of which offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald Greens is one of the most beautiful communities in Gulf Shores. Emerald Seas is located approximately 2.5 miles west from the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Highway 59 in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  Emerald Seas is a small duplex-style condo near the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon with access to the beach nearby.

Harbor House is a fairly low-density condominium complex in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Not all of the condos in Harbor House are directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sitting directly next to the Gulf Shores Hangout with a boardwalk connecting the two, guests and residents don't have to go far to enjoy some of the best Gulf Shores has to offer.

Kiva Lodge is located on the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course just off of Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores. These condos are just a short walk away from the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay is also very close by. Amenities include a community pool, club house, tennis courts, and a grilling area.

Lagoon East are located just off of Highway 59 and next to Little Lagoon. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance of Lagoon East and the public beach access and Gulf Shores Hangout are just a couple of minutes down the road.

Lakewood Townhomes are located in Northern Gulf Shores, about five minutes from the public beach access and Gulf Shores Hangout. At the center of the complex is a community pool and club house. The area features beautiful landscaping and a long trail that is perfect for a nightly stroll or bike ride.

The Landing condos are located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just a few miles away from the public beach area and Gulf Shores Hangout. A variety of restaurants and shopping centers are within a short distance of The Landing.

Lani Kai condominium is located at the fork as you make it in to the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The condo development is approximately half of a mile from the intersection of West Beach Boulevard and Highway 59, putting it within walking distance to the Gulf Shores Hangout. The Lani Kai is a little older, but still boasts an amazing location with close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

Las Palmas is located in West Beach near the Pier 33 grocery/convenient store and numerous restaurants in the West Beach area. Less than a mile from the Gulf Shores Hangout and public beaches, Las Palmas is conveniently located to downtown. Las Palmas was built in 1983 and is entirely comprised of two-bedroom floor plans.

Legacy condominium complex is a low-density development with a mere 24 units built in West Beach in 2001. Legacy is another great rental property in downtown Gulf Shores and the corner units offer northern views of Little Lagoon. Legacy would make for an ideal second home/rental condo.

Lighthouse was built in 2006 and has since become one of the more popular condos in Gulf Shores.  It's also the largest condo development in town; over 250 units. The Lighthouse is a short walk from the Gulf Shores Hangout and several restaurants in the downtown area.  The Lighthouse is ideal for those looking for a great gulf-front investment condo in Gulf Shores.  The high rental traffic / revenue makes ownership much easier.  Each unit in the Lighthouse has an additional room that most have converted to a bunk room for extra sleeping accommodations. A one-bedroom unit in the Lighthouse comfortably sleeps up to six guests at a time if the unit has a sleeper sofa, which most will.

The Links Golf Villas is a beautiful little community located right on a golf course. Amenities here include a club house, outdoor pool, fitness center, and a fishing pier. This is an exclusive, gated community with a guard at the gate.

Martinique on the Gulf is located a little ways west of Little Lagoon on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. From these condos, you can easily walk to the Gulf of Mexico, Mobile Bay, and Oyster Bay. Martinique on the Gulf is also minutes away from the Gulf Shores Hangout and the site of historic Fort Morgan.

Moonraker is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, approximately one and a half miles west of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard. The condos have a pool and deeded beach access. The Moonraker condo development was built in 1980 and is a low-density complex with only 39 individual condos that make it up. Moonraker is located in the popular West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Mustique condominium is one of a small handful of towers that offer great views of the Gulf of Mexico and have a fishing pier with boating facilities. The condos are located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores Alabama.  Mustique condo is a low-density complex and consists of only 38 units and was built in 2007.

Navy Cove Harbor is located in the Navy Cove area of Fort Morgan. This complex features two waterfront swimming pools, boat slips, a sauna, and it is within walking distance to the beach, just to name a few of Navy Cove Harbor's amenities.

Ocean Echo is located near the intersection of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is within walking distance to numerous area attractions. The 45 units that make up Ocean Reef range in size from 560 to 1,500 square feet. Ocean Reef condos are not all direct gulf-front and the building has one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos. Ocean Reef is within walking distance to numerous local hot spots.

Oceania in Gulf Shores is a luxury condo development built in 2006 with one unit per floor. It has extra large floor plans at 4,000 square feet and great views of the Gulf of Mexico and of Little Lagoon on its Northern balconies. Oceania is rent-restricted and would make an ideal gulf-front condo for the discerning condo owner looking for luxury accommodations. Oyster Bay Village is located between Little Lagoon and Oyster Bay. This community is strictly for people aged 55 and above, making it one of the more peaceful, quiet areas in town. Oyster Bay Village is located near the public library has a club house with a heated indoor pool.

Paradise East is located just one block north of the Gulf of Mexico and features a beautiful lagoon-front pool. There is also a private pier at Paradise East that goes out into Little Lagoon. Paradise East is in a quiet area of Gulf Shores, minutes away from the Gulf Shores Hangout and public beach access.

Paradise Isle condominium is located near downtown Gulf Shores, approximately half of a mile from the Gulf Shores Hangout. The low-density complex only has 34 individual condos and is on the north side of Beach Boulevard with beach access. Paradise Isle is located in the popular West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. Paradise Isle is a good option for a beach getaway and prices are great for a second home.

Park View condos are just a few minutes north of the Gulf of Mexico, by the Johnnie Sims Park. This complex offers an outdoor community pool and grilling area. Park View is close to several area golf courses, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Peninsula is an upscale community located on the golf course on Fort Morgan Road. These are beautiful condos in a peaceful community just a few minutes away from the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Phoenix All Suites is located just one mile away from the Phoenix All Suites West tower. These Gulf-front condos are within easy walking distance to the Gulf Shores Hangout. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub on the deck right outside the building and there are stairs leading down to the beach.

Phoenix All Suites West is located one mile west of the Phoenix All Suites condo. There is an outdoor Gulf-front pool and hot tub and is within walking distance to the Gulf Shores Hangout. These are beautiful condos that are rented out by onsite management. 

Phoenix Gulf Shores is currently under construction in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This complex is located in West Beach and there is an ample amenity package planned for it upon opening, including pools, meeting rooms, fitness center, and covered parking.

Plantation Palms is also located in the Kiva Dunes area on Fort Morgan Road. These condos are within walking distance from the golf course. These units are a little older, but very affordable. Plantation Palms condos were built in 1998 and the floor plans consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Plantation Palms has approximately 84 units and not all of the condos are direct gulf-front.

Pleasure Isle Villas is approximately one mile west of the intersection of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Pleasure Isle Villas is within walking distance of the Gulf Shores Hangout and public beaches. Pleasure Island Villas was built in 1987 and consists of 38 condos. The floor plans in Pleasure Island Villas are all two-bedroom condos.

Points South is an older condominium complex in Gulf Shores that had no recent sales info on the MLS and, therefore, nothing could be found on the subject. An effort is being made to determine why this is the case. Meanwhile, please call or email for updates.

Regatta condominium complex is one of Gulf Shores, Alabama's oldest beachfront developments built in 1980. Regatta is also the only wooden-framed building in central Gulf Shores. Regatta, due to it's location, is one of the most popular condos on the beach in Gulf Shores and is the closest to the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Regency condos are near the Gulf Shores Golf Club in Northern Gulf Shores. Each unit has its own outdoor storage area and covered parking. There is an outdoor pool and sundeck onsite and the public beach access is just a few minutes away.

Regency Club is just down the road from the Regency condos. These townhome-style condos were built around 2007 and are well-maintained and the complex  is landscaped. Condos have private garages and the complex has sidewalks throughout.

The Resort Conference Center is located in the Kiva Dunes community on Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores, Alabama. These condos are 15 minutes from downtown Gulf Shores and fairly secluded in comparison to many other condo developments in the area.  The Resort Conference Center condos were built in 1985. The complex consists of 107 individual units and floor plans in the Resort Conference consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos on one of the best golf courses in the entire area. In fact, it was voted one of the best new courses in America when it opened.

The Ridge condos are just east of the Gulf Shores Golf Club. Nature lovers will appreciate the fact that these condos are surrounded by trees and greenery. The Gulf Shores Hangout and public beach access is just a few minutes away.

The Rookery condos are located on the seven mile marker on Fort Morgan Road, approximately 16 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. The property features tennis courts, swimming pool, BBQ area, boat/trailer storage, and a secluded location. The condos are a short drive to downtown Gulf Shores and its area attractions.

The Rookery III is the next phase of the larger Rookery complex. These condos are set on the Fort Morgan Peninsula in one of the most beautiful areas of Gulf Shores. This is still a new development with condos under construction still, as of 2017.

Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club are located at the end of Fort Morgan Road, which is approximately 15 miles west of Highway 59. These condos are a little older, but offer an opportunity to buy a place at the beach, on the Gulf, at a bargain. The Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club was built in 1984 and consists of 141 individual condos. The floor plans in the Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club are all two-bedroom units and not all of the condos are direct gulf-front, but some offer partial views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Royal Palms was built in 2000 and is the closest condo to the Gulf State Park fishing pier and the rest of the beautiful park. Many of the units in Royal Palms have bunk beds in the entryway, allowing for additional sleeping arrangements. Sailboat Bay is located on Oyster Bay on County Road 4. The Gulf of Mexico is just a short drive away and can even be reached by boat. There are boat slips on site, as well as an outdoor pool. community grilling area, and it is a gated community, just to name a few of the complex's amenities.

San Carlos condo development, built in 2006, sits in downtown Gulf Shores and is also an ideal rental property. It's consistently one of the top income-producing condos with an amenity package that helps keep it rented in the winter months. San Carlos is centrally located in Gulf Shores and within walking distance to the public beach and Gulf Shores Hangout.

Sand Dollar is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just east of the Highway 59 and Perdido Beach Boulevard intersection.These condos are within walking distance to numerous Gulf Shores attractions, including the Gulf Shores Hangout and the public beaches. Sand Dollar was built in 1981 and consists of 31 condos located in the popular West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. All of the floor plans in the Sand Dollar are for two-bedroom condos.

The Sands - West Beach is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Sands is a low-density complex consisting of only 16 individual condos built in 1980. Floor plans in the Sands of West Beach consist entirely of three-bedroom condos.

Sandpiper consists of 48 units and the complex was built in 1984. This condominium complex features some direct gulf-view units, but most have indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico. The floor plans in Sandpiper are all 862 square foot, two-bedroom condos. Sandpiper is not very far from the Gulf Shores Hangout and in within walking distance to numerous Gulf Shores attractions.

Sandy Shores West condos is off of the main roads, meaning this complex is more secluded and peaceful. There is an outdoor pool, a veranda, and the Gulf of Mexico can easily be reached by foot.

Sanibel is a great mid-density condominium in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Sanibel is approximately three miles west of the intersection of West Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. Sanibel's location in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores makes condos at this development desirable for both owners and guests. Sanibel was built in 2006 and consists of 108 units. Sanibel guests and owners can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon on the elevated floors.

Sea & Sun is just past Crystal Tower in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Sea & Sun has been around for a while and represents an opportunity to get a place at the beach at a great price. Sea & Sun was built in 1981 and is low-density with only 19 units in the complex. Sea & Sun is another condominium located in the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Sea Breeze condominium is located in West Beach, just minutes from downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. The condo is approximately one mile from the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. Sea Breeze consists of 60 individual condo units built in 1983 and all of the floor plans are two-bedroom condos. Sea Breeze is situated in an ideal location in West Beach, one of the most popular areas in Gulf Shores.

Sea Horse condominium, like most of the condo developments in Gulf Shores with beach access, is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Seawind condo development in Gulf Shores is a newer building that was built in 2006 and located where the old Holiday Inn was. It's a great income-producing condo development in the same bracket as the Lighthouse and other aforementioned investment properties. Seawind condos were some of the last $600 per foot condos in the area. At one time, Seawind was grossly overpriced, but time has changed that and these condos offer a solid investment from a rental aspect, especially because its prime location in Gulf Shores makes it one of the more popular destinations in town.

South Pointe is located approximately five miles from the intersection of Highway 59 and State Highway 180, close to the Mobile Bay ferry which launches near Fort Morgan. South Pointe is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers guests and owners something most condos can't: privacy on a Gulf Shores beach.

Southern Sands condominium complex in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama is close to the Gulf Shores Hangout. The building may have some years on it, but it is still a beautiful development and offers an great opportunity to get a place on the Gulf of Mexico at a good price.

Southern Surprise is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, approximately two miles west of the Gulf Shores Hangout and the public beaches of Gulf Shores. Upon request, more information can be provided.

Southwinds condominium is near downtown Gulf Shores and the second public beach access point approximately half of a mile from the Gulf Shores Hangout. The complex is low-density and within walking distance to the main public beach. Southwinds condos were built in 1980 and the development is very low-density with only twelve units.

Spinnaker Pointe is less than one mile from the intersection of Highway 59 and Perdido Beach Boulevard in central Gulf Shores, Alabama. The complex has indirect views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Spinnaker Pointe is a small condo development made up of duplexes. There are ten units in Spinnaker Pointe and the building was finished in 2005.

Spyglass is a very low-density condominium complex in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. With only eleven total units, Spyglass is ideal for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation. The development was built in 1984. The floor plans for Spyglass range between 650 and 900 square feet and all units have two bedrooms. More information about Spyglass condos can be made available upon request.

Summer Fun condos are located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. They sit between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon and both can be reached by foot. This is a very naturally beautiful area that is only minutes from the Gulf Shores Hangout and other downtown attractions.

Summer House West condominiums are located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama on Little Lagoon. The condo has an outdoor pool and first come, first serve boat launch with slips and fishing pier.  This is a great condo and well kept West Beach secret.

Sun Chase condos are also located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The condos are only 11 blocks from the Gulf Shores Hangout and the public beach. Sun Chase condos in Gulf Shores are located in a little niche of older, wooden-construction condos and are within walking distance to various Gulf Shores area attractions.

Sundial condominium complex is located approximately 1.6 miles west of the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. These gulf-side condos have a variety of views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon depending on location. The Sundial condos were built in 1988 and there are approximately 24 individual units that make up the Sundial condominium complex.

Sunrise Village condominium complex is located in West Beach. This is a popular area of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is only a couple of miles from downtown Gulf Shores and the area attractions located in town. Island Sunrise is a little older, but rents well and represents a great opportunity to own a gulf-front condo in Gulf Shores at a great price.

Surfrider consists of five individual condos built in 1980. Surfrider is located in the West Beach area, approximately one mile west of the "T" in downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. Surfrider is a small complex with only ten individual units. Surfrider condos are great for enjoying the beaches without breaking the bank. Surfside Shores I & II house approximately 50 units per building and the towers are located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. Surfside Shores condos are priced where they make good investment options and a good opportunity to buy a condo on the beach at a great price.

Three C's condominium is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores and a couple of blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. The condos are relatively new and offer an economical alternative for a condo at the beach.  This was a follow up development to the Four C's, which is also located in the same area of West Beach.

Tropic Isles condominiums was built in the popular West Beach area in 2000. Tropic Isles is a popular, low-density building with 40 units and close proximity to the Gulf Shores Hangout and other local attractions. The condos at Tropic Isles are ideal income-producing rentals and make for a great gulf-font investment.

Tropical Winds has 32 units and was built in the popular West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama in 1996.  All of the condos in Tropical Winds offer direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Floor plans in Tropical Winds range from 1,100 to 1,400 square feet and are all two- and three-bedroom condos.

Twelve Palms resembles a large house and is on one of Gulf Shores' many inlet waterways. Twelve Palms is in the heart of Gulf Shores and a short trip to anywhere downtown.  This Gulf Shores condo is more of a duplex-style town homes.

The Village is also located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Village consists of 15 units built in 1984. Amenities include an outdoor pool, BBQ area, and, of course, a great location near the beach and many other Gulf Shores attractions.

Village by the Gulf is like the Three C's and is close to the Gulf of Mexico. Village by the Gulf offers an inexpensive way to buy a condo at the beach. These condos in Village by the Gulf are within walking distance to a variety of area attractions.

Wedgewood Villas are in Central Gulf Shores. These condos are close to the Gulf Shores Golf Club.

Westwind condominium complex has 30 units and is located in the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. Westwind was built in 1997 and features one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 600 to 960 square feet. Westwind is another building in Gulf Shores designed to allow every condo to face the Gulf of Mexico directly and offer unimpeded views of the Gulf.

The Whaler has 27 units and was built in central Gulf Shores in 1984. The condominium sits next to the Lighthouse. The Whaler is one of the few buildings in Gulf Shores with indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico from some of the condo units, which negatively effects value and rental income. On the other hand, The Whaler is within walking distance to The Hangout, which increases value and income. It's a classic trade off, but The Whaler is, overall, a great beachfront condo development in downtown Gulf Shores.
