Baldwin County is home to some of the best school systems in the state of Alabama. In Robertsdale, there are three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. There is also a vocational school: South Baldwin Center for Technology. Many people may recognize Robertsdale as the hometown of current Apple CEO, Time Cook. The weather in Robertsdale remains mild throughout most of the year, with hotter temperatures in the summer and warm temperatures throughout winter. The area sees a lot of rainfall, well above the national average. Close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico puts the Robertsdale area at risk for hurricanes and tropical storms, but other natural disasters are very rare. Snowfall in this area of Alabama is incredibly rare.  
There are a number of subdivisions throughout Robertsdale with both older and newer houses, some of which are still under construction. The population of Robertsdale has been steadily growing for years and all signs point to it becoming a bigger and bigger city as the Coastal Alabama area grows in popularity, both as a tourist hotspot and potential primary or secondary residence. The Gulf of Mexico and popular coastal towns of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are less than an hour away and offer an ideal spot for weekend beach getaway or even the location of a second house to stay in during the summer.
