These homes sit near the Tensaw and Apalachee Rivers in a heavily wooded and secluded area of Spanish Fort. Residents are surrounded by historic Blakeley State Park, which offers a number of paths and trails for you to explore. Just a few minutes south of Blakeley you will find the Timbercreek Golf Course, a number of restaurants and shops at the Eastern Shore Centre, and access to the I-10.

Oakridge is located just west of downtown Spanish Fort and about one mile away from the Timbercreek Golf Club. It takes less than an hour to get down to the coastal cities of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The I-10 can be accessed a few minutes south of Oakridge. This neighborhood is surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

Savannah Woods is a beautiful neighborhood right by Blakeley State Park. This neighborhood is surrounded by trees and the Tensaw and Appalachee Rivers are just minutes away. The I-10 is about six or seven miles south of Savannah Woods and connects to the Baldwin Beach Express, bringing you down to the white-sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico in about an hour. Savannah Woods is also in close proximity to a number of schools, parks, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The Hammock at Blakeley is just east of Blakeley State Park, one of the most beautiful and historic areas of coastal Alabama. The I-10 is a few minutes south of Hammock at Blakeley and is used to access the Baldwin Beach Express, which will take you straight down to the Gulf of Mexico in about an hour. Houses in this area are typically over 3,000 square feet and there are lots for sale.

The Lakes subdivision sits just a few miles north of the I-10, which will take you to Mobile, Alabama to the west and Pensacola, Florida to the east. The houses here are typically around 2,400 square feet with heavily wooded lots. The Lakes sits near the Tensaw River, where many residents like to spend their weekends when they're not exploring Blakeley State Park. Downtown Spanish Fort, with numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and schools, is just a few minutes south.

Westminster Gates is just a few minutes west of downtown Spanish Fort and north of the interstate. Downtown Fairhope, which sits on Mobile Bay, is about twenty minutes south and the famous white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are about an hour away.

Stone Brook sits a few miles north of downtown Spanish Fort between Blakeley State Park and Stapleton. The I-10 -- which can take you to either Pensacola, Florida to the southeast or Mobile, Alabama to the west -- is a few minutes south of Stone Brook, making commutes to the larger cities nearby quick and easy. Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are both within easy driving distance of Stone Brook, making outdoor water sports and fishing popular weekend activities for residents of Spanish Fort.

The Tanager neighborhood sits just north of Interstate 10, with Blakeley State Park to the northwest and Stapleton to the northeast. Houses at Tanager usually have three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet. Tanager is surrounded by a great deal of natural beauty, with Blakeley just a few minutes away and Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico within easy driving distance.

Wakefield sits just north of downtown Spanish Fort, minutes from Timbercreek Golf Course and the Eastern Shore Centre, and about an hour away from the beach towns of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Mobile Bay is just a few minutes to the west, as well. Spanish Fort, AL is a suburb of Mobile, AL located in Baldwin County.  The most recent census confirms Spanish Fort to have approximately 5,400 residents in 2,400 households.  Spanish Fort is 11 square miles incorporated in 1993 and since has experienced tremendous growth, especially after the Eastern Shore Centre (an open-aired shopping venue) and the Spanish Fort Town Center have also contributed to significant commercial growth since opening in 2004.  The school system in Spanish Fort is among the best in the state...including their athletic programs.  The "Toros" have won numerous state titles in both Football and baseball sice opening.
