The aerial video shows the Western-most parts of Ono Island and pans to the East giving an idea of the size of this enormous island on the coast of South Alabama.  While the island residents all have an Alabama address, most of Ono Island sits in Florida.  Perdido Key, FL is part of Escambia County - the same county that holds Pensacola Beach.  Escambia County does not allow the publication of recently SOLD data, but since Perdido Key shares a border with Orange Beach, AL, a handful of SOLD info can be found using the Baldwin County SOLD info which occasionally gets added on both MLS systems.  (For recent SOLD info that's not found, please email us at info@condoinvestment.com or call (251) Area-Pro and request any SOLD info needed and we will quickly furnish this info)

The different condos in the video constitute a wide range of Orange Beach condos, including gulf front condos, condos with boat slips and deeded beach access.  The condos on Old River offer the best of both worlds with views of the Gulf of Mexico and deep water boat slips that sit a few minutes from Perdido Pass and entry to the gulf;  perfect for those with boats that enjoy fishing along the shores of South Alabama.  The large towers on the Gulf of Mexico near the West-end of Ono Island are Broadmoor, Regency Isle, Phoenix IX, Perdido Place and Phoenix X - which sits directly next to the world famous FloraBama lounge (home of the annual Song Writer's Festival, Mullet Toss and Polar Bear Dip - among other events and festivals).  The large towers on Old River are Bella Luna and Legacy Key among several others that can easily be found using our aerial image maps on our Perdido Key condos page.  The Caribe is the group of 3 towers at the West tip of Ono Island and feature a long list of amenities including a great restaurant in Cobalts (find theirs and all other local restaurant menus in one place) putting green and a large collection of boat slips on Old River that represent the closest boat slips to Perdido Pass and quickest entry to the Gulf of Mexico.  The Caribe is currently 3 towers, but have plenty of room for another tower or two and have plans to build in this remaining space at some point.
