Alabama Point Bayou Place Beachside

Alabama Point is a small area of beach homes between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. There are not many homes here, but all are either on the gulf or have access.  Like the name suggests, Alabama Point is right at Perdido Pass and has great Orange Beach, AL homes for sale listed.

Bayou Place is a small community of homes on the North side of Perdido Beach blvd. just North of Perdido Pass and sits directly next to the Caribe condominiums. A few of the homes are directly on Ole River, but the majority are just off of the water.  Bayou Place constitutes some of the great homes for sale in Orange Beach.

Bear Point is a large area on the Eastern end of Canal road in Orange Beach, AL. Burkart Estates Chicago Gulf Beach Grand Key Riverside

Burkart Estates is a small community on a small peninsula at the end of Burkart drive between Terry Cove and Bayou St. John. Chicago Gulf Beach is a small community directly across from Turquoise Place condominiums. A few of the homes are on Cotton Bayou, but most are back from the water making numerous local attractions nearby and constituting popular homes for sale in Orange Beach.

Cotton Bayou homes are surrounded by water, with Cotton Bayou t the south and a network of canals separating it from land. These homes are perfect for those who like to travel by boat. Perdido Pass is just minutes away and, from there, you can enter the Gulf of Mexico and spend the whole weekend fishing and relaxing on the water. To reach the Cotton Bayou subdivision by car, you can turn off of Marina Road and take the Jubilee Point Road bridge into the subdivision.

East Orange Beach subdivision is just north of Terry Cove and sits right on Bay La Launch. There are a number of bay-front homes here, as well as some that are landlocked with large wooded lots. From here, you can travel down into the Gulf of Mexico and the area's famous white-sand beaches by boat or by car. Waterfront homes here typically have private boat docks and there are also nearby marinas where those who have boats can store them. East Orange Beach is just minutes from Pensacola, Florida, where the nearest regional airport is.

Garetts subdivision is on Cotton Bayou's northern shore. These homes are some of the last that you'll find as you travel west along the bayou. These homes are less than five minutes from the Gulf of Mexico if you drive and less than half an hour away if you walk or bike. Grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues are just minutes away from Garretts subdivision. Pensacola, Florida is less than an hour away, making the regional airport here the closest one to Garretts. Mobile, Alabama is about an hour north and, like Pensacola, has a regional airport and numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.

Grand Key Riverside is a small subdivision with under 20 homes. The homes are located just East of Bella Luna condominiums in Orange Beach, AL. About one half of the homes are on Ole River and some common features are tennis courts and a boat docks making these very popular Orange Beach AL homes for sale.

Gulf Bay's Tract Jeffwin Lauder Place

Gulf Bay's Tract is on Wolf Bay near the Orange Beach Golf Academy. Jeffwin is a small subdivision near Bay La Launch in Orange Beach. The community can be reached from Canal road.  Jeffwin is minutes from Gulf Shores, AL and the new Foley Beach Expressway now connects to I-10 making travel much easier.

Lauder Place is off of Canal road in West Orange Beach almost directly between Wolf Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Lauder Place is also across from the Orange Beach Golf Academy making the Wharf a quick trip and also, Lauder Place homes are close to the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Mulligan Place Oakridge Ono Island

Mulligan Place is actually adjacent to the Orange Beach Golf Academy in Orange Beach off of Canal road. The community runs along the West side of the golf facility making a wide range of local attractions close to Mulligan Place subdivision.

Oak Ridge subdivision is a winding road and a loop that is virtually in the center of the island in Western Orange Beach and is reached from highway 161 which connects Beach blvd to Canal rd.  Oak Ridge homes are close to the Wharf and amphitheater and the public beaches of Gulf Shores is also close to Oak ridge subdivision.  This prime location makes for popular Orange Beach homes for sale in Oak Ridge.

Ono Harbour is a subdivision within the Ono Island community that sits around Ono Harbour. Ono Harbour is in the middle of the north side of the island with Bellville Bay to the east and Bayou St. John to the west. Many of the waterfront homes in this subdivision have private boat docks or assigned spots on Ono Harbor.

Ono Island is our areas premier residential water front community. With a private bridge as the only way on to the island by way of vehicle, Ono Island's homes are mostly water front. Palm Harbor Perdido Gardens Perdido Gates

Palm Harbor is a group of homes just North of Turquoise Place condominiums in Orange Beach, AL. Some of the homes in Palm Harbor are on Cotton Bayou and the community surrounds a common area tennis court and pool.  Palm Harbor homes are close to Perdido Key, FL and also the public beaches and the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Perdido Gardens is a small community at the end of Canal road on Arnica Bay. Many of these homes are on the water with boat docks and there is a public launch nearby.  This area is commonly referred to as Bear Point which is secluded and surrounded by water and close to a wide range of local attractions in Orange Beach, AL.

Perdido Gates is a group of homes just West of Oak Ridge and is reached from highway 161 in central Orange Beach.  The highway connects the beaches to Canal and is close to the Wharf and amphitheater and also a variety of restaurants and area attractions that are very close to the homes in Perdido Gates in Orange Beach, AL.

Perdido Point Riverside River Run of Perdido Key

Perdido Point is a neat little group of homes because it's surrounded by 3 bodies of water: Arnica Bay, Bayou St. John and Ole River. The subdivision is at the end of Canal rd in a secluded area of Orange Beach with several restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Wharf and amphitheater.  All of these features make for a very popular subdivision and the homes for sale don't last long.

Riverside is a small group of homes East of Bella Luna in East Orange Beach, AL. The community surrounds a tennis court and has a community boat dock for the residents.  Riverside homes are very close to the FloraBama, Perdido Key, FL and also only 10 - 15 minutes East of downtown Gulf Shores, AL.

River Run of Perdido Key is in Eastern Orange Beach, AL near Legacy Key condominium. The community is horseshoe shaped surrounding tennis court and has a boat dock on Ole River with just under 20 slips.  River Run of Perdido Key is close to the world-famous FloraBama lounge, Perdido Key and also the public beaches and the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Safe Harbor Terry Cove Terry Cove Harbor

Safe Harbor is approximately a dozen homes off of Marina road which is met by hwy. 161. The homes here are on an inlet of water that runs in to Terry Cove and is a quick run to Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.  These homes in Orange Beach are approximately 5 - 10 minutes from the Wharf and amphitheater and a short drive to the world-famous FloraBama and downtown Gulf Shores, AL.

Terry Cove is a great little nook in Orange Beach with many of the homes sitting on the Western end of Ole River. There are several public boat launches and a host of nearby area attractions like Tacky Jacks, downtown Orange Beach and only 5 minutes or so from the public beaches and the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Terry Cove Harbor is reached by Martinique drive in Orange Beach off of Hwy-161. Many of the homes have deep water access and the community is located near the end of Marina rd by Terry Cove.  Terry Cove is one of the most popular places in all of Orange Beach and thus, has some of the most sought after Orange Beach homes for sale.

Terry Cove Harbor Phase II The Pines of Wolf Bay Village of Tannin

Terry Cove Harbor - Phase II is near 161 just off of Canal rd. This is an addition to the first Terry Cove Harbor, the primary difference is that the first addition is mostly on the water. Phase II has access to public boat facilities and is close to Tacky Jacks, the Wharf and many of the shopping area of downtown Orange Beach, AL and local restaurants.

Village of Tannin is a community directly across from Phoenix West. The subdivision is on the North side of Perdido Beach Blvd in Western Orange Beach, AL.  The Village of Tannin is only a couple of miles from the downtown shopping area of Orange Beach and approximately five minutes from the public beaches and the Gulf Shores Hangout. 

Walker Bear Point Windward Lakes Wolf Bay Shores

Walker Bear Point is reached from Canal rd. in Orange Beach and the homes here are on Bayou St. John near Terry Cove. The deep water access in Walker Bear Point is very close to the gulf by way of Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, AL.

Windward Lakes is a subdivision in Orange Beach with the homes just off of Perdido Beach Blvd. near the main shopping area of downtown Orange Beach, AL. The homes are located just East of the Gulf Shores city limits in downtown and only about five minutes from the Gulf Shores Hangout.

Orange Beach has continued to steadily flourish in both residential and commercial developments. This family-friendly town offers residents with many great attractions including beautiful beaches, nature reserves, shopping & entertainment venues, and plenty of water sport & recreational activities. Orange Beach is a well-known destination for boating and fishing with a number of marinas and public boat launches along the interior bays and bayous.  Several islands, such as Robinson and Bird Island, are popular hangout spots to spend the day relaxing on sandy beaches or swimming in the crystal clear waters.  Offshore fishing charters are a big hit among visitors with a straight shot to the gulf's deeper waters through Perdido Pass.  If you prefer to stay on land, Gulf State Park is one of the area’s largest attractions spanning over 6,500 acres and features numerous nature trails, campsites, lakes, beaches, and the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico.  For entertainment and low-key nightlife, The Wharf is an open-air shopping and dining district featuring a world-class marina, movie theater, ferris wheel, and a 10,000 seat amphitheater.  Orange Beach offers a variety of residential communities both waterfront and in more traditional subdivisions.  In addition to the Gulf of Mexico, the town is home to a number of waterfront communities along Old River, Terry Cove, Wolf Bay, Bayou Saint John, Cotton Bayou, & Intracoastal Waterway.  Well-known neighborhoods include Ono Island, Bear Point, Terry Cove, and Village of Tannin


New Construction Projects

Several construction projects are underway in the Orange Beach area.  Along the city's beachfront are two condominiums currently under construction Phoenix Orange Beach and Phoenix Orange Beach II.  These high-rises will feature upscale gulf-front units available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans.  Both will offer great amenity packages include a beachside lazy river, indoor pools, exercise centers, spas, covered parking, and climate-controlled owner storage units.  List prices range from 700Ks for three bedroom units to $900K for four bedroom units.  Next door the The Wharf entertainment district is Cypress Village a new residential development featuring coastal-style cottages with all built to meet Gold Fortified standards.  Amenities at Cypress Village include a resort-style pool area with water slide, lazy river, zero-entry pool, and BBQ patio area.  A few miles east on Canal Road is Spyglass, a new luxury townhouse development currently being built a half-mile from the Orange Beach Recreation Center. These two-story residences will feature 3-bedroom/2.5 bath floor layouts averaging 1,526 square feet.  Both Spyglass and Cypress Village are conveniently located minutes from great restaurants, shopping complexes, and Orange Beach public beaches and boat launches.
