Palm Beach condominium is the first gulf front condo as you enter Orange Beach from Gulf Shores, AL.  Palm Beach is an unusual condo as all of its 100 units do not face the Gulf of Mexico.  Palm Beach condominium was built in 2001, has a nice amenity package, consisting of two outdoor, gulf front swimming pools with a grilling area.  This is a nice feature and owners and guests use this combination often for entertaining and enjoying a great backdrop with cooling off and firing up the BBQ in between dips.  Palm Beach would make an ideal second home and sits semi-secluded with no other condos immediately to the West.  Out of all of the Orange Beach condos for sale, Palm Beach is one of the newer condos on the Gulf of Mexico and almost walking distance to the Gulf Shores Hangout and the Gulf State Park.  Palm Beach is a mid-rise condominium and all of the units are not too far from the ground for those cognizant of the altitude when it comes to places to stay.  The units in Palm Beach that face the gulf generate a little more income, but demand a higher price and the interior units with partial gulf views also produce a solid revenue campaign.  The Wharf in Orange Beach is approximately 10-15 minutes from Palm Beach and the FloraBama is about the same distance.  One of the nice things about Palm Beach, as mentioned earlier, is the expansive beach that seems pretty private considering its location in the middle of town and positioned in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores and downtown Orange Beach.  With the lack of buildings to the West and an open spot to the East, all of this area is open - creating plenty of room to roam the beaches along with beautiful Gulf Coast; see Orange Beach aerial video.  If you would like to schedule a private viewing or have questions concerning Palm Beach or any other property along the Gulf Coast, please email info@condoinvestment.com or call (251) Area-Pro (251-273-2776) for immediate assistance.
