Admiral's Quarters Condos Recently SOLD

26166 Perdido Beach Blvd. | Orange Beach, AL 36561

Admiral's Quarters
condos in Orange Beach were built in 2001 by one of the area's most respected developers - Rick Phillips.  The developer and his team did a wonderful job designing the project and Mike Cranston and his team helped to sell the condominiums in the Admiral's Quarters and did so prior to the pre-construction boom that took place shortly after the building was finished.  Back when the Admiral's Quarters was developed, financing was much different and a simple letter of credit or LOC was all that was required to purchase or reserve a unit.  This made buying much easier than the financing options in 2018 for example where much of the cost of the condo, if not all, is required up front.  For details on this and other related topics, read our pre-construction information.

Admiral's Quarters is located near the Perdido Pass bridge and surrounded by high-end condos in central Orange Beach, AL.  For example, the priciest condominium in all of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores too, is two doors down to the East - find recently SOLD Turquoise Place condos and to the West, find condos recently SOLD in the Nautilus.

Admiral's Quarters Condos | Orange Beach, AL

Admiral's Quarters condos in Orange Beach offer some of the larger floor plans on the Gulf of Mexico - inside and out.  The large wraparound balconies create that little extra space and really impacts the views and options for things outdoors; entertaining guests or sunbathing is much easier with elbow room.  It only takes this "little extra" room to make a big difference and this is a prime example.  From the aerial video on our Admiral's Quarters sales page shows these large areas - especially from the corner units.  The condominium was built prior to the big real estate boom, circa 2004, when floor plans were typically larger and density was not nearly as much of a concern before the prices rose.  When the price points reached a certain level, developers were all but forced to rely on proper density to make the numbers practical.  The Admiral's Quarters sits in a section of Orange Beach, AL laden with high-end condominiums and has the Palms and Turquoise Place condos to the East - both of which feature two gulf front towers.  The Nautilus condominium is to the West, offers a single unit per floor and sits next to the Four Seasons.
