Tens of thousands will make their way to the Alabama Florida state-line to partake in the region's largest beach party, Flora-Bama's Annual Interstate Mullet Toss.  This legendary event featuring a fish-throwing competition and three-day beach bash has been an ongoing tradition for more than three decades.  Drawing in a crowd of more than 35,000 attendees from all over the country, it is no surprise hotel rooms and condos are booked months and even a year out!  The competition takes place on the beach with fellow tossers standing inside a 10-foot circle on the Florida side.  Each competitor grabs a mullet, weighing approximately one pound, from the bucket and throws it as far as they can over the state-line onto the Alabama side.  Awards are given out

When Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and other large real estate portals advertise "free" tools, there's a cost - a very big one.  While there may not be a place to enter your credit card number or a request for your billing address, these sites didn't reach the top of Google's search results by accident.  Although they're good sites, full of information and easy-to-use software with huge marketing budgets, their most effective marketing tactic isn't something they discuss.  In fact, unless you've read the fine print within their terms and conditions, you've probably never heard of how they take advantage of unsuspecting professionals.
