Additional Area Info

Beachside basically refers to "Gulf-front" and includes most of the Orange Beach condos for sale.  Starting with the Palm Beach condos on the West-end of Orange Beach and ending with Phoenix X which is the last condo on the Gulf of Mexico on the East-end of Orange Beach.  Palm Beach is one of the few newer condo developments that feature partial gulf-view units and side gulf-view units.  And Phoenix X is directly next door to the world-famous FloraBama lounge.  On the other side of the FloraBama, Mediterranean is the first condo in the Perdido Key area.  (FYI - Perdido Key is considered Pensacola and in Escambia County.

We've included a variety of helpful sales info for all Orange Beach condos for sale:  revenue info, recently SOLD condos with the actual closed date and SOLD prices.  We've compiled aerial imagery - both pictures and videos - of all of Orange Beach.  On the East-end of Orange Beach, the island is so narrow that it allows for a handful of buildings to enjoy the "best of both worlds" and actually have great unimpeded views of the gulf and also some of the Orange Beach condos with access to boat slips.  This area also has the West-end of Ono Island and Old River is very close to Perdido Pass and the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico.
