Daphne is among Alabama's fastest growing cities. Austin Bridges Austin Brook Austin Park

Austin Bridges is approximately 3 miles East of Mobile Bay just North of County rd. 64.  The subdivision has numerous amenities such as a community pool, golf tee and lighted tennis courts making Austin Bridges a great family subdivision.

Austin Brook is close to Austin Bridges and is also approximately 3 miles East of Mobile Bay and just off of County rd. 64.  Also like the aforementioned subdivision, Austin Brook also has community amenities including a pool, lighted tennis courts and also has lakes in the subdivision.

Austin Park is a great community featuring walking trails, a community pool overlooking a fountain, tennis courts, putting green and basketball courts for residents and guests.

Austin Park II Ashley Place Avalon

Austin Park II is approximately 5 miles East of Mobile Bay and 1 mile Southeast of the intersection of 181 and 64 and minutes from downtown Daphne, AL.  The Austin Park II subdivision has a community pool, clubhouse and BBQ area for residents and guests.

Ashley Place is 2.5 miles from the bay to the East and less than a mile to the North from County rd 64.  The proximity to Mobile Bay and downtown make Ashley Place a convenient community to Daphne, Fairhope and a short drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Avalon is about 3 miles to the East of Mobile Bay and one half mile North of County rd 64.  The homes in Avalon have access to a fishing pier and a gazebo.  Avalon subdivision is close to downtown Daphne and close to Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.

Bay Branch Estates Bellaton Austin Park Estates 

Bay Branch Estates is approximately 6 miles East of Mobile Bay and 1 mile South from I-10 making the homes in this community convenient to Mobile, AL and Pensacola.  These are our areas two largest cities, both of which have regional airports and a bevy of restaurants and entertainment venues.

Bellaton subdivision is near Mobile Bay at around two and a half miles and just off of of hwy 181 which runs parallel to 98.  The homes in Bellaton have access to a community resort-style pool and a clubhouse for residents and guests and the homes are close to various attractions of the area such as the Gulf of Mexico.

Bellewood subdivision is located in the Belforest district of Daphne and just off CR 64. The estate homes in Bellewood will be minutes from the new Belforest high school and short drive to I-10 and Alabama Coast beaches. 

Blackstone Lakes is one of Daphne's newest communities located beside Bellaton subdivision nestled between Hwy 181 and CR 13. Blackstone Lakes will offer scenic, quiet settings and community pool for residents to enjoy. High-rated schools, shopping centers, downtown Fairhope, and I-10 are nearby.

Austin Park Estates is 3 miles from Mobile Bay and the homes have access to a community pool and a tennis / racquetball area.  Austin Park Estates usually does not have many homes for sale at the same time and if you find a home for sale in Austin Park Estates, you may want to be decisive.

Brookhaven Estates of Tiawasee Historic Malbis 

Brookhaven is 2.5 miles East of Mobile Bay and 3 miles South of I-10 making the homes in Brookhaven an easy place to get to the area's larger cities in Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.  Both of these cities have regional airports and offer a large variety of dining, entertainment and shopping venues.

Diamante subdivision is just off County Rd 13. 

Estates of Tiawasee is just Southeast of Lake Forest and two and half miles East of Mobile Bay.  The homes in the Estates of Tiawasee are less than 2 miles from I-10 making a trip to Pensacola, FL or Mobile, AL quick and easy.  This subdivision is close to downtown Daphne and a short drive to some of the area's favorite places like Fairhope and Gulf Shores.

Historic Malbis is one of the larger subdivisions in the Daphne, AL area.  The homes are located at the intersection of 181 and I-10.  Because Historic Malbis is so close to I-10, Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL are easily reached without battling traffic or slow speed zones.  The homes in Historic Malbis are ecclectic and many architectural styles are available.

Lake Forest  Montrose Montrose Village

Lake Forest is a large subdivision in Daphne, AL spanning a lot of real estate and has an 18 hole golf course on the Northwestern portion of the community.  Lake Forest also has a community pool, tennis facility, clubhouse and is close to I-10 making travel quick and easy.

Montrose is located in between Daphne and Fairhope, AL.  It's close to downtown in both cities and a close drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores.  Montrose is also a short drive to Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.

Montrose Village is located on Mobile Bay between the downtown areas for both Daphne and Fairhope.  Some of the homes in the Montrose Village community are directly on Mobile Bay, but all have access.  This small community is home to some of the area's great neighborhoods and also close to Gulf Shores, AL at about 30 - 45 minutes.

Oldfield Sehoy Tiawasee Trace

Oldfield is located approximately 3 miles East of Mobile Bay and 2 miles South of 64 and close to Rock Creek golf club.  The subdivision of Oldfield is also close to the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and a short drive to Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.

Sehoy is located approximately 3 miles East of Mobile Bay and one half mile North of County rd. 64.  The homes in the Sehoy community are a short drive to downtown Daphne and not too far from the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.  Fourty five minutes will take residents and guests to the regional airports of Mobile or Pensacola, FL.

Tiawasee Trace is connected by bridge to the Estates of Tiawasee and this area of Daphne, AL is approximately 2 miles South of I-10 and East of Mobile Bay.  The proximity of the Tiawasee community to the interstate make trips to Mobile or Pensacola, FL quick and easy.

Timbercreek  The Woodlands at Malbis

TimberCreek is a premier golf community located less than a mile from I-10 and close to Mobile Bay as well.  Timbercreek's proximity make the drive to Mobile and Pensacola, FL quick and also near the shops and restaurants of the Eastern Shore Center.

Cotton Ridge Estates sits just a few minutes south of the I-10, which can take you to Mobile in the northwest or Pensacola, Florida in the southeast. This neighborhood was established in the mid-2000s and there are still homes under construction. These houses range in size from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Houses are built in both the traditional and craftsman style.

Creekside Estates  D'Olive Landing Delachase Square

Creekside Estates was established in the 1990s, with most houses being built in the traditional style and the others in either creole or contemporary. These houses are on the large side, with three to five bedrooms rounding in at 2,200 to 3,145 square feet. The I-10 is just a few minutes north of Creekside Estates and the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are less than an hour away.

D'Olive Landing sits right on Mobile Bay, offering spectacular views of the water and first come, first serve boat slips. This community was established in 1990 and most houses are cottage or traditional style. The house sizes range from three to four bedrooms and 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. There are a number of golf courses, restaurants, shops, and parks all within a short drive of D'Olive Landing.

Delachase Square was originally established back in 2000 right in the older part of Daphne, one of the most beautiful areas in the city. Highway 98 is just east of Delachase Square, making it too easy to travel to different areas all over the Eastern Shore. Many houses were built in the craftsman and cottage styles with 1,800 to 2,800 square feet. Houses in this neighborhood typically have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Dunmore Eagle Creek Edgemere Oaks

Dunmore is a beautiful little area with houses ranging in style from villas to estates. These are spacious homes that provide plenty of room for families of all sizes. Take a walk by the beautiful lake in the back of the subdivision! Dunmore is right off Highway 181, making travel around the area quick and easy.
As part of Baldwin County, residents of Dunmore get to send their kids to some of the best schools in the state, enjoy close proximity to Mobile Bay, are under an hour away from the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and have a variety of golf courses, shops, and restaurants all within easy driving distance.

Eagle Creek sits right in the heart of Daphne, surrounded by shops, restaurants, a physician's office, and the YMCA. The I-10, which runs through both Pensacola and Mobile, is just a few minutes north of Eagle Creek. Houses here range in size from 1,800 to 2,100 square feet with three to four bedrooms. The famous white-sand beaches of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are less than an hour away from Eagle Creek and are much easier to get to than before thanks to the Baldwin Beach Express.

Edgemere Oaks is one of Daphne's upscale subdivisions that boasts spectacular views of Mobile Bay and beautifully landscaped lawns. These spacious houses range in size from 5,000 to 7,500 square feet with four to five bedrooms. Some of these houses were built as far back as the 1960s, but are well-maintained and give off a charming Southern vibe.

Edgewood French Settlement Heritage Oaks

The Edgewood subdivision was established in 2000, with traditional-style homes right in the heart of Daphne. These houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and range in size from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Edgewood is just minutes from the I-10, YMCA, schools, restaurants, shops, and numerous other family-friendly activities. Mobile Bay is just minutes to the east and it takes less than an hour to get to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach to the south.

Residents of French Settlement enjoy living in a location convenient to the cities of Mobile, Pensacola, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores, but which still retains a charming rural vibe. There are upscale estate houses in the front of the subdivision, but as you move towards the back, the houses become more and more affordable. French Settlement has a clubhouse with outdoor swimming pool and is within walking distance to the YMCA.

Located in Olde Daphne, Heritage Oaks is one of the most beautiful areas in town. In Heritage Oaks, you'll find those distinctive Spanish moss-covered oak trees that lend the area an alluring small town southern vibe. Some of these houses are right on Mobile Bay and others are within walking or biking distance. These houses start at about 2,400 square feet, so they are perfect for families of every size. Some houses were built back in the 1980s while others were more recently built.

Hinterland French Settlement La Casa Di San Franc

Hinterland is located in Olde Daphne, just minutes from Mobile Bay. This historic area is popular for its natural beauty, charming neighborhoods, and historic vibe. The houses in Hinterland range in style from bay cottage to traditional, with sizes ranging from 2,000 to 2,700 square feet. Some of these houses date back to the 1960s while others are more recent. Scenic Highway 98 is just a few minutes to the east and it takes only a few minutes to reach the I-10.

Holmes is one of many subdivisions located in Olde Daphne. This historic part of town is just minutes from Mobile Bay to the west and Scenic Highway 98 to the east. Downtown Daphne is only a few minutes away. Both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are less than an hour away and easy to reach when you take the Baldwin Beach Express, which branches off from the I-10. The school system in this area is one of the best in the state and there are numerous restaurants, parks, shops, and other entertainment venues all just minutes away.

La Casa Di San Franc is just a few minutes away from Olde Daphne, Mobile Bay, and downtown Fairhope. These unique cottage-style homes range in size from 1,900 to 2,200 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This neighborhood ends in a cul-de-sac with a couple of back alley entrances. Daphne, as part of Baldwin County, enjoys one of the best school systems in the state. Alabama's Gulf Coast, with its pristine white-sand beaches, is less than an hour south of La Casa Di San Franc.

Landsdown Loma Alta Patio Homes Madison Place

Landsdown was established in 2008 and is located directly south of the Eastern Shores Centre and the Timbercreek Golf Club, which are just on the other side of the I-10. There is a convenient outdoor neighborhood playground that children enjoy playing together on and where parents can hang out. These custom-built homes come in French country, traditional, and craftsman style with three to four bedrooms and are 1,800 to 2,600 square feet in size. This is an ideal family neighborhood and is part of the spectacular Baldwin County school system.

Loma Alta Patio Homes are just a couple of minutes away from Highway 98, just off of Lake Forest Boulevard. These homes are just inside the Daphne city limits and are only a few minutes away from Mobile Bay. These homes have two to three bedrooms and 1,600 to 1,800 square feet. The I-10 is just a few minutes north and can bring you to either Mobile in the west or Pensacola in the southeast, both of which have regional airports that are easy to reach.

Madison Place was established in 2004 in the very heart of Daphne. This quiet community has a beautiful entrance that is not open to through traffic, which means it is a lot more peaceful than nearby neighborhoods. These homes come in both traditional and ranch styles with three to four bedrooms and 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. This neighborhood is perfect for families and couples who are just starting out.

Magnolia Hills Ottawa Springs Rileywood

Homes in Magnolia Hills come in a variety of styles, some dating back as far as the 1960s and some as recent as 2000. The styles they come in include Tudor, cottage, and ranch, all of which are perfectly complemented by the naturally beautiful setting of coastal Alabama. Mobile Bay is within walking distance of Magnolia Hills and is a wonderful place to kick back and relax in during the summer. Houses here have three to five bedrooms and 1,600 to 4,000 square feet of space.

Ottaway Springs is one of Daphne's most comfortable subdivisions, with only 106 homes just across the street from the new elementary and middle schools. This small neighborhood is a close-knit community where neighbors make an effort to get to know each other and children spend the day playing outside together. The I-10 is nearby and offers easy traveling to Pensacola, Florida and Mobile, Alabama. The Baldwin Beach Express is close by and will bring you right down to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in less than an hour.

Rileywood is located in the biggest community in this area of Alabama: Lake Forest. Just south of the I-10, travelling from Rileywood to Mobile, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola is quick and easy. As part of the Lake Forest community, residents of Rileywood enjoy amenities such as tennis courts, a pool, and a private golf course. This beautiful community is ideal for people in all walks of life, from new families to empty-nesters.

Sedona Village of Montrose Waterford

Sedona is one of the newer subdivisions in Daphne: first established in 2012 with ongoing construction. There are several styles of homes to choose from in Sedona: traditional, craftsman, contemporary, and cottage. These houses have three to five bedrooms and 1,800 to 3,100 square feet of space. The I-10 is only a few minutes away and connects to the Baldwin Beach Express, which will bring you straight down to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for a relaxing day on the white-sand beaches these towns are famous for.

The Village of Montrose sits between Fairhope and Daphne in a secluded area with stunning natural beauty by Mobile Bay. These spacious houses are close to the I-10, which you can take to either Mobile or Pensacola, where the two closest regional airports are. Village of Montrose is also less than an hour away from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The community of Waterford is still pretty new in Daphne, with finished houses, houses under construction, and lots for sale. With how quiet this neighborhood is, it's hard to believe that I-10 and the bustling towns of Daphne and Fairhope are only a few minutes away. Daphne and Fairhope both boast some of the best public and private schools in the state. Waterford is only minutes from a number of shops, restaurants, parks, and entertainment venues.


Neighboring Communities


Daphne is part of the Eastern Shore community which also includes municipalities Fairhope and Spanish Fort.  Spanish Fort is located just north of Daphne and is one of the fastest growing towns with a multitude of subdivisions currently under development particularly along US-Hwy 31. The area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, top-rated school system, and numerous shopping centers including the Eastern Shore Centre and Spanish Fort Town Center which offers great retail shops and restaurants.  Well-known neighborhoods include Timbercreek, Stillwater, and Blakeley Forest.  Spanish Fort homes are just minutes from the I-10 exit making commutes to Mobile AL and Pensacola FL quick and easy.  Fairhope is just a few miles south of Daphne and is a wonderful community with a colorful downtown district full of shops and restaurants.
