Gulf Coast Festivals & Events

Countless friends and families, sons, daughters and aunts, moms and dads enjoy the Alabama / Florida Gulf Coast each year.  The emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico creates an amazing backdrop for the sugar-white sand beaches that line our coast.  It's a perfect place to hold parties and gatherings and two of the largest we have in Alabama, is the Hangout Music Festival and the Flora Bama Mullet Toss.

The annual Mullet Toss takes place in April in 2017 and as usual, the Flora Bama's annual competition will award prizes to the men and women who can throw a fish the farthest.  While fish are pretty streamline and slightly resemble a football, all bets are off when they fly through the air.

Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival

The Shrimp Festival is scheduled for October 12th - 15th at the newly renovated Gulf Place in downtown Gulf Shores.  In this same area, is the Gulf Shores Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and numerous other restaurants, bars and entertainment venues within walking distance.  The first Shrimp Festival was held in 1971 making the 2017 festival, the 46th time that Gulf Shores has celebrated this great event.  We've included videos from 2016 to showcase the changes that Gulf Shores has made to the downtown area.  This year's festival will command much more space as the city has used funds from a BP settlement to improve the grounds used to host the Shrimp Festival.  Large, wide sidewalks have been added along with multiple shaded areas and bathrooms to improve the overall comfort for patrons.  We've also included aerial images and links to quickly find information pertaining to the Shrimp Festival, such as the closest condos and menus for every restaurant in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.  If you're looking for specific condominium of subdivision info, we've published details for every condo and community along the Alabama Gulf Coast.

It's easy to navigate our website and we've discovered that vacationers use our websites to research condos and properties along the coast for quick trips and owners and guests also use our websites to browse area attractions, activities and things to do along the South Alabama and Northwest Florida Gulf Coast;  from Mobile, AL to Panama City, FL.  For example, start by viewing Gulf Shores condos for sale and enjoy exclusive aerial imagery, amenities, surrounding area video and imagery - every market is linked and our comprehensive info covers all local areas and pre-defined searches make finding all sorts of local info quick and easy.
