The condos listed below all offer spectacular Gulf-front views in Orange Beach, Alabama. They are some of the most luxurious destinations on the coast. While most offer amazing investment opportunities, others are rent-restricted and intended to serve as second homes to those lucky enough to snatch a condo up when it hits the market. These condos typically have private beaches that are less crowded than the public beaches in the area. Below are brief synopses of all Gulf-front condos in Orange Beach. Admiral's Quarters condo development in Orange Beach, AL was built in a time when density was not as much of a factor as it was in 2004-2005. As a result, the units are larger. Spacious floor plans and large wrap-around balconies make the Admiral's Quarters development a luxury gulf-front condominium retreat in a great location of Orange Beach. Admiral's Quarters is partially rent-restricted.

Bluewater condo development boasts an indoor pool, hot tub, and children's wading pool. Bluewater is close to Orange Beach shopping and other area attractions, making it an overall great spot. Built in 1986, Bluewater is comprised of 84 gulf front condos which offer unimpeded views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white-sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast from private balconies.

Breakers condominium is located in central Orange Beach and walking distance to various shopping venues, boutiques and great restaurants.  The Wharf and downtown Gulf Shores is approximately 10 from the Breakers condo in Orange Beach, AL.

Broadmoor condos in Orange Beach, Alabama are rent-restricted. The development amenities include tennis courts, an indoor pool, and much more that make Broadmoor condos a great place to stay during your time on the Gulf of Mexico any month of the year.  If you're looking for more of a second-home type of gulf front condo, Broadmoor is a really popular condo in Orange Beach Alabama.

Caribe Resort condo development is similar to Turquoise Place in that it offers some of the most luxurious amenities in the area, but has something Turquoise Place does not: a marina. The marina at Caribe Resort has the second closest access to the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. Dolphin Key is a low density complex located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the eastern portion of Orange Beach, Alabama. The complex was built in 2001 and is low-density with only 28 gulf front condos. All units offer direct unobstructed Gulf- front views of the white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. The floor plans in Dolphin Key are all three-bedroom condos at approximately 1,700 square feet. Dolphin Key would be an ideal second home and a fairly economical way to find a gulf-front condo on the Gulf Coast's beautiful white sandy beaches.

Emerald Key condos and Emerald Skye condos are both in central Orange Beach, Alabama. As the name infers, they are almost identical, sit next to one another, and are good rental properties during the summer months. Emerald Key is a low-density building consisting of only 18 gulf-front condos built in 1997. The floor plans in Emerald Key are all three-bedroom condos at approximately 1,500 square feet.

Emerald Skye and Emerald Key condos are both in central Orange Beach, Alabama. As the name infers, they are almost identical, sit next to one another, and are good rental properties during the summer months. Emerald Skye is a smaller condo with only 36 units. Every condo in Emerald Skye directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views. The complex was built in 1997.

Escapes to the Shores is one of the newest condo developments on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. Escapes to the Shores was built in 2008 and consists of 88 gulf front condos. Floor plans in Escapes to the Shores consist of two- and three-bedroom condos ranging in size from 1,660 square feet to 2,800 square feet. With a nice amenity package and great location, Escapes is a great destination or second home.

Four Seasons is a great condo development in Orange Beach, Alabama.  Four Seasons is the only gulf-front condo in Alabama with a fishing pier for owners and guests to enjoy.  Four Seasons is centrally located in Orange Beach and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping outlets, and entertainment venues along the shores of Orange Beach, Alabama.

Four Winds condos are part of a smaller gulf-front condo development in central Orange Beach, Alabama. Four Winds was developed and sold by the same group as the Lighthouse, San Carlos, Admiral's Quarters, and numerous other gulf front condos.

Grand Pointe condo development is one of our personal favorites in Orange Beach because of the location. Grand Pointe condos sits at the base of Perido Pass and just behind the jetties, offering a great fishing spot. If you have the balance to walk to the furthest point, the fishing is even better, but it's a difficult trek.

Harbour Place is in a great location in Orange Beach and offers an opportunity to get a place on the beach at a bargain of a price.  Harbour Place is a little older and is in a section of Orange Beach with similar condos. Harbour Place is located in West Orange Beach and is near several boutiques, shopping venues and, of course, all of the fun things to do in Orange Beach, Alabama.

Lei Lani is older, but makes up for it by having all of its condo units offer direct gulf views and is located by Perdido Pass and the jetties. These are some of the better views in all of Orange Beach. Lei Lani is a smaller gulf-front condo in Orange Beach and is a little older, but offers a great opportunity to buy a condo on the Gulf at a great price.

Marlin Key is similar to Dolphin Key and is an inexpensive way to enjoy a gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Marlin Key is located in East Orange Beach near the Florida line. Marlin Key condominium complex was built in 2002 and is a low-density gulf-front condo building with only 39 individual condo units. The floor plans in Marlin Key are three-bedroom condos ranging in size from approximately 1.600 square feet to 1,800 square feet.

Nautilus condo development was built in 2000 in Orange Beach, Alabama and only has 12 total units - similar to Opal and Oceania in Gulf Shores - with one unit per floor. Condos in the Nautilus are around 3,300 square feet and have four balconies with 1,300 total square feet. Like Opal condo, Nautilus condo is rent-restricted.

Opal condominium complex in Orange Beach is a luxury resort with one unit per floor and around 4,300 square feet per unit. Opal was built in 2006. Sandra Bullock owns a condo at Opal, so don't be surprised to see her acting up around the pool from time to time. Opal is rent-restricted.

Palm Beach is the closest gulf-front condo to Gulf Shores that has an Orange Beach address. Not all of the units face the gulf, but there are some amenities that make it an ideal place for a nice stay. Palm Beach consists of 100 individual condos and the floor plans accommodate one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Palm Beach was built in 2001.

Pelican Pointe condominium complex in Orange Beach is a great rental property with tennis courts, an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and various other amenities. Pelican Pointe condo development is on Romar Beach, a popular stretch of Orange Beach, and is within walking distance to Orange Beach attractions.

Perdido Dunes condo is located in between Phoenix VII and Phoenix East in Orange Beach, AL.  All of the condos in Perdido Dunes are 900 sq. ft. two bedroom - two baths.

Perdido Dunes Tower sits directly in front of Perdido Dunes and is comprised of twenty 4 bedroom, 3 bath units (1,900 sq ft). These condos offer fantastic views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass and just minutes to restaurants, shopping, and marinas.

Perdido Quay is comprised of 30 gulf-front condos located near Perdido Pass in East Orange Beach, AL and built in 1985.  Perdido Quay may be a little aged, but offers an opportunity to purchase a great condo at a great price and with supplemental revenue help, can be an ideal investment.

Perdido Place condos in Orange Beach are rent-restricted, have large floor plans, and the development was built in 2001. Perdido Place's 44 units are located in East Orange Beach, close to Perdido Key, Florida.

Regency Isle condominium complex in Orange Beach is home to some of the best rental condos in the area. Regency Isle has all of the amenities needed to keep renters happy all year long and is located very close to the world-famous Flora-Bama beach bar. If you are looking for an ideal investment property, you can't go wrong with a condo at Regency Isle.

Romar Beach condo development in Orange Beach, Alabama is older, but it stays booked in the summer and does fairly well in the off season, too. The thing to consider is the cost: these units cost significantly less than other condos in Orange Beach and they offer a chance to get a place on the same beach as higher-end luxury resorts for a lot less money.

Romar House is a unique condo development in Orange Beach, Alabama. The units have large balconies with wrap around the corners. Romar House is rent-restricted which means the condos must be rented for a minimum amount of time, usually more than a week or two. Romar Place condos in Orange Beach, Alabama represent another great opportunity to invest in a lucrative rental property. The Romar Place amenity package keeps it booked even in the off-season. Romar Place is centrally located in downtown Orange Beach, within walking distance to many area attractions and minutes from the state line.

The Sands was one of the first luxury condo developments in Orange Beach, boasting large floor plans and wrap-around balconies. The Sands has 84 units and was built in 1996. A nice indoor pool and other amenities make The Sands condos a great place for a vacation, whether it's a second home or rental. The Sands in Orange Beach is located in the middle of town.

Seachase condo is a little older, but the amenity package is great. Tennis courts, large outdoor pools, indoor pools are but a few of the things that make Sea Chase a great rental condo. In the summer months, Sea Chase condo hosts activities on the beach and has a full beach service.  There are 3 towers that comprise Seachase. Seaside Beach & Racquet is one of the few condo developments on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama where not all of the units offer a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, but there are many views of the Gulf from the side or partial views. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club's electrical work was on the ground and had to be redone after being hit hard by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Now the system is off the ground and, in the event of a storm, down time would be minimized because of the new design. Many of the condos in the area that were similarly affected by Hurricane Ivan made these same changes.

Shoalwater is a condominium complex conveniently located to all of the Orange Beach area attractions and it is a fairly new complex. Shoalwater has a great amenity package that help make Shoalwater an ideal investment rental property. The condominium was built in 1996 and consists of 72 gulf-front condos with each unit offering unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies. Floor plans in Shoalwater are all three-bedroom units at approximately 1,200 square feet.

Silver Beach condo development in Orange Beach, Alabama is a good rental property located across the street from restaurants and shopping venues. Silver Beach has spacious gulf-front balconies and the only glass-paneled balconies in town. Silver Beach features great views of the Gulf of Mexico and white, sandy beaches along the Gulf from each condo, which is direct face the Gulf.

Sugar Beach is one of the closest condos to Gulf Shores, AL and has 4 pools, a snack bar and 24 hour security in the Summer.  Sugar Beach has a variety of floor plans from small one-bedroom efficiency units to larger three bedroom condos.  Not all of the condos in Sugar Beach are direct gulf front, some of the condos offer partial views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Summer Breeze condo development is located in Eastern Orange Beach, Alabama near San Roc Cay Marina and outdoor shopping center. Summer Breeze condos were built in 1990 and the complex has a mere 21 units. The floor plans in Summer Breeze are one- and two-bedroom condos ranging in size from 750 square feet to 960 square feet. Summer Breeze is also very close to Perdido Pass Bridge in Orange Beach, Alabama.

Sumerchase condos have a great amenity package and sits at the intersection of 161 and Beach Highway. Summerchase is within walking distance from restaurants and other great Orange Beach area attractions. Summerchase consists of 94 gulf-front condos and was built in 1986. The floor plans in Summerchase offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging in size from approximately 1,100 square feet to 1,400 square feet.

Summer House condo development in Orange Beach, Alabama are very similar to the SeaChase condo development. In the summer, they have water-bikes, water trampolines, and a variety of entertainment for guests. Summer House is centrally located in Orange Beach and walking distance to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment venues.

The Palms is another condo development in Orange Beach with tennis courts, indoor pools, and are easy to rent out. White Caps condos in Orange Beach are almost identical to Pelican Pointe and several other condo developments in this stretch of beach.  Built around the same time as Pelican Pointe, many of the features are similar. The units at Whitecaps would also make for great investment condos in Orange Beach. Popular with owners and guests, an investment property here would make a great source of supplemental income.

Windward Pointe condo in Orange Beach is a great investment condo in Orange Beach.  All of the units are direct gulf front and the amenities offer something for everyone.  Windward Pointe gets a lot of repeat business from guests and is located in central Orange Beach.

Back Bay condo is located off of Canal road on Terry Cove.  Back Bay is a short run by boat to the Gulf of Mexico and close to a variety of Orange Beach attractions.

Bayshore Towers condominium is comprised of 88 units located in the "Bear Point" area of Orange Beach on Wolf Bay. Bayshore Towers was built in 2004. Bayshore Towers is a private, gated community in a park setting with heavy landscaping. Some of the amenities include two pools, tennis courts, granite and stainless surfaces throughout, and a wrap-around marina and boat slips available.

Bayview condominium is comprised of 128 units on Old River, located near the Florida state line. Its proximity to the state lines means it's close to the world famous Flora-Bama lounge: home of the annual Mullet Toss. Bella Luna was built in 2006 and some of the amenities include a private theater, fitness area, and boat slips are available.

Buccaneer Landing is a low-density building in Orange Beach with only eight total units. These condos, built in 1983, come with a private boat slip just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Because there are only eight units at Buccaneer Landing, residents here enjoy a good deal of privacy and quiet right on the water in Orange Beach.

Caribe Resort is 3 towers with a resort atmosphere.  Caribe has a large marina and is the second closest condo to the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico at Perdido Pass in Orange Beach Alabama.  Caribe features several pools, indoor and outdoor, putting green, steam room / sauna, multiple exercise rooms and lazy river and more.  The Caribe is one of the most popular Orange Beach condos for sale.

Casa del Marina condo is 42 units located in the Terry Cove area of Orange Beach.  Casa Del Marina was built in 1983 and property amenities include fish cleaning station, 341 feet of canal water frontage, 23 boat slips, temporary trailer storage and boat launch.

Charter Landing is a low density building with only 20 units located in the Terry Cove area of Orange Beach, AL.  The floor plans are all two bedroom units and the complex was built in 1995.

Cotton Bayou consists of 68 condos built in 1986.  Cotton Bayou is located in the Terry Cove area, which is in central Orange Beach.  Property amenities for these condominiums include 1st come, 1st serve boat slips and a boat launch.

Dolphin Harbor The Dolphin Harbor condominium has 27 units located in East Orange Beach. Dolphin Harbor was built in 1996 and property amenities include boat slips, trailer storage, tennis courts, and a river-front pool.

Fish Camp condos are actually town homes located in the 'Bear Point" area of Orange Beach on Wolf Bay.  Cosmos restaurant in the front section of the property serving everything from hamburgers to sushi.  Property amenities for the Fish Camp include 1st come, 1st serve boat slips, pool and great location.

Grand Caribbean  condo is located just East of 161 across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.  The condominium is walking distance to several shopping centers and restaurants in central Orange Beach.  The property has a boat launch on site.

The Grander consists of 26 condos built in 2007.  The floor plans are all 3 bedrooms and are located in Orange Beach, AL off of Canal road.  The Grander does not have water access, but is close to public boat launches as well as the Gulf of Mexico.

Harbor Cove consists of 60 condo units built in 1999 and is located on Wolf Bay in Orange Beach, Alabama. Property amenities for Harbor Cove include an indoor heated pool, outdoor bay-front pool, fitness room, BBQ and picnic area, boat slips, tennis court, fish cleaning station, some boat trailer storage, boat launch, and two piers.

Island Dunes condos are located in central Orange Beach on the Western-most point of Old River.  Property amenities include 1st come, 1st serve boat slips and a pool.  The Island Dunes is conveniently located and opens up all of Orange Beach with short drives and several restaurants and local entertainment venues within walking distance of Island Dunes in Orange Beach Alabama.

Jubilee Landing consists of 33 units built in 1985 and is located about one and a half miles East of the Perdido Pass bridge.  The condos are located on Old River and floor plans range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms units.

Legacy Key consists of 36 units built in 2004 on Old River in Orange Beach, Alabama. Property amenities include an  indoor heated pool, river-front pool, exercise room, and private boat slip with lift.

Lei Lani condos consist of 98 units built in 1983.  Property amenities include a tennis court, river front pool, beach side pool and indoor heated pool and 1st come, 1st serve boat slips.

Magnolia Key Townhomes, built in 1987, is located near the intersection of Canal Road and Highway 161 in central Orange Beach, Alabama. These townhomes are just a few minutes away from the public beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and sit near the popular Wharf Amphitheater, which also holds a shopping area and other attractions.

Mandevilla is a duplex located on a canal opening in to Terry Cove and a short boat ride in to the Gulf of Mexico.  The 4BR units are approximately 3,170 square feet and were built in 2007.

Mariner Pass consists of 51 condo units built in 2005. Mariner Pass in centrally located in Orange Beach and property amenities include an indoor heated pool, river-front pool, steam sauna, BBQ area, and fitness room.

The Moorings consists of 95 units built in 2005.   Located in Orange Beach on Wolf Bay, property amenities include bay front pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, steam sauna, hot tubs, fishing pier, meeting room, exercise room, BBQ area and 1st come, 1st serve boat slips.

Ole River condos are located in East Orange Beach on Old River.  Property amenities include 2 pools, tennis court, boat slips, deeded beach access and BBQ area.

The Pass condos in Orange Beach, Alabama have the closest access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Pass sits at the base of Perdido Pass and, like Caribe and Grand Pointe condos, really has special views of the Gulf of Mexico and its joining of the Intracoastal Waterway. The Pass has an indoor pool, marina, exercise room, hot tub, and features upscale construction. The Pass condos are rent-restricted.

Perdido Grande consists of two mid-rise towers with 90 units each and both were built in 1999.  Property amenities include a large indoor / outdoor pools, tennis courts, exercise rooms, steam saunas, assigned boat slips, kiddie pools, fishing pier and guarded entrance.

Phoenix on the Bay consists of 162 units built in 2004 on Wolf Bay. Property amenities include tennis courts, indoor heated pools, bay-front pools, lazy rivers, saunas, hot tubs, kiddie pools, bay front gazebos, BBQ areas, meeting rooms, and 24-hour security.

Phoenix on the Bay II consists of 104 units and was built in 2007 and has the same amenities as the first phase and both phases are next to one another.

Porto Del Sol consists of 34 units built in 2005 near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, Alabama. Property amenities include an indoor heated pool, river-front pool, steam sauna, hot tub, meeting room, BBQ area, kiddie pool, exercise room, fishing pier, and assigned boat slip. Porto Del Sol is also one of the closest marinas to the Gulf of Mexico.

Portside is a low density complex with 27 condos located in the Terry Cove area of Orange Beach, AL about one mile East of Perdido Pass.  The condos are on Old River and were built in 1984 and close to area attractions in Orange Beach and also Perdido Key with Pensacola only 30-45 minutes from Portside condos.

River Chase is low density with only 21 condo units and was built on 2000.  The condos are on Old River approximately one mile East of Perdido Pass in the Terry Cove area of Orange Beach, AL.  River Chase is similar to Portside offering convenient access to various Orange Beach attractions with Gulf Shores only a few minutes from River Chase condos in Orange Beach.

Seascape is low density with only 33 units built in 1984.  The condos have gulf views and beach access.  The floor plans in Seascape are all 2 and 3 bedroom condos.  These condos sit in front of the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club condos on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach Alabama.

The Wharf consists of 190 condo units built in 2007. The Wharf's amenities set it apart from every other condo development in the area. The Wharf has an amphitheater that brings in talent from all over the world. A Ferris wheel, numerous restaurants, rave movie theater, huge water park with lazy rivers, conference center, and large marina are among the property amenities. Turtle Creek Landing is comprised of only 8 units and was built in 2000.  These condos have assigned boat slips and an outdoor pool.

Villas by the Bay consists of 18 units built in 2006.  Property amenities include an outdoor pool and 1st come, 1st serve boat slips.
