Phoenix Gulf Shores is the latest project from Brett Robinson.  The majority of the condo developments from Brett Robinson reside in Orange Beach and are located on the Gulf of Mexico.  There are two condos in Gulf Shores named Phoenix All-Suites and Phoenix All-Suites West which are no the Gulf of Mexico, but offer limited ownership.  This basically means that owners are not allowed to make changes to the interiors of the units and rental activity is managed by Brett Robinson.  There are also two condo developments sitting on the back waters of Orange Beach in Terry Cove named Phoenix on the Bay and Phoenix on the Bay II.  Terry Cove is just North of Perdido Pass making access to the Gulf of Mexico quick and easy

Lighthouse Condos - Gulf Shores' Best Investment

Dollar for dollar, the Lighthouse condos is probably the best investment condos in all of Gulf Shores, AL.  The building consists of approximately 250 units and all are directly on the gulf.  Each of the units feature a "computer room" aptly named to comply with density issues.  The great thing about the extra space is its predominant use as an additional bedroom.  This is a great advantage over a traditional floor plan and allows for more sleeping arrangements.  This is a useful idea, especially for those with children who may not need a full bedroom.  When you factor in the sleeper sofa that most condos use, a typical 2BR unit sleeps 8 comfortably.  For more info on the Lighthouse or similar
