Oceania in Gulf Shores is a luxury condo development built in 2006 with one unit per floor. It has extra large floor plans at 4,000 square feet and great views of the Gulf of Mexico and of Little Lagoon on its Northern balconies. Oceania is rent-restricted and would make an ideal gulf-front condo for the discerning condo owner looking for luxury accommodations. The Colonnades is a medium-density building with 53 gulf-front units built in 2006. The Colonnades rents very well, but units are priced higher because of a nicer amenity package and large floor plans. The Colonnades is close to the Alabama State Pier and State Park and includes a library, theater, and indoor heated pool with a retractable roof. The interiors also have upgraded surfaces, flooring, and other nice touches.

Island Tower condominiums were built in 2004 in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Island Tower's 65 units are a short walk from The Hangout and other Gulf Shores attractions. Island Tower, like The Colonnades has upgraded interiors, a great amenity package, and is a medium-density condo. Island Tower rents well and would make a great second home or rental property.

The San Carlos condo development, built in 2006, sits in downtown Gulf Shores and is also an ideal rental property. It's consistently one of the top income-producing condos with an amenity package that helps keep it rented in the winter months. San Carlos is centrally located in Gulf Shores and within walking distance to the public beach and Gulf Shores Hangout.

Island Royale was built in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores in 2002 and is one of the best rental properties in town. A great feature is the north-facing balcony on the corner units which allows for some great vistas of Little Lagoon and downtown Gulf Shores. The Seawind condo development in Gulf Shores is a newer building that was built in 2006 and located where the old Holiday Inn was. It's a great income-producing condo development in the same bracket as the Lighthouse and other aforementioned investment properties. Seawind condos were some of the last $600 per foot condos in the area. At one time, Seawind was grossly overpriced, but time has changed that and these condos offer a solid investment from a rental aspect, especially because its prime location in Gulf Shores makes it one of the more popular destinations in town.

The Beach Club condos in Gulf Shores were built around 2001 and have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The Beach Club consists of four towers and all of the units offer unbeatable Gulf of Mexico views. The Beach Club features numerous restaurants, a spa, nightly pool-side entertainment, shopping and, beach rentals ranging from chairs to jet skis. Two of our area's top golf courses are within a five-minute drive.

Crystal Shores was built in 2004 in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. This 88-unit, gulf-front development is comprised entirely of two-bedroom condos around 1,000 square feet each. Crystal Shores is one of the better locations for rental condos in town and is a great investment option.
