The location of Perdido Dunes Tower is perhaps its greatest amenity.  The views of Perdido Pass and the boats that come in and out of the pass all day and night make for great and relaxing vistas with the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop.  Across the street is San Roc Marina with shopping, dining and a large marina for those owners looking for a close place to store their boat.  San Roc is minutes from the gulf and Perdido Dunes Tower is literally across the street.  There's also numerous other restaurants in this area with Cobalt's just over the Perdido Pass bridge.

From the North, Perdido Dunes Tower will sit just West (right in the image) of Phoenix East - Perdido Beach Resort is the pink condominium in the left corner.  The Perdido Dunes Tower will sit just East (left in the image) of Phoenix VI - VIII with Perdido Dunes sitting just North of the proposed site.  This area of Orange Beach is across the street from San Roc Cay marina with great shopping and dining in the marina and surrounding area.

The same views of surrounding Orange Beach can be seen from the South with San Roc Cay's marina in the top right corner of the image.  Terry Cove is the area across Old River or at the very top of the image and runs parallel to the beaches.  Another great restaurant in Tacky Jacks sits across Old River from the proposed site for Perdido Dunes Tower.
