The Hangout Music Festival's crew is in full-swing preparing the beaches for a dramatic change.  The area used for the music festival is huge.  It's much more noticeable from the air and this aerial video covers the entire area, from the East-end in front of the Phoenix All-Suites and Regatta, to the West end in front of Island Winds condos.  Of course, the Hangout sits in the middle and vendors will fill the spaces between the Hangout and each end.
