COASTAL Orange Beach

COASTAL Orange Beach is now open!
A lot of activity is happening in Orange Beach at the intersection of AL-182 and Hwy 161. The city of Orange Beach has partnered with O.B. Land LLC in a public – private partnership to provide public beach access and a family-friendly destination restaurant. The outdoor bar, kitchen and retail space is slated to open later this summer with plans for the indoor restaurant to open in January.
This project promises to be a beautiful addition to Orange Beach. It will include three one level buildings on four acres with 20,000 square feet of restaurant space, 3,000 square feet of bar space and 5,000 square feet of retail to provide shopping, food and drink for those ready to take a break from the beach. The buildings draw inspiration from historic southern market structures and operable glass garage doors allow all buildings to open up to provide a beach bar feel with great views of the gulf.
Sitting adjacent to the CoastAL development will be the city's public beach that will feature an open air promenade, pavilion with restroom facilities, and lifeguard station along with 800 square feet of sugar sand beaches for Orange Beach residents and guests to enjoy year-round.
