The Pass is a low-density complex at the base of the Perdido Pass bridge.  The Pass has the closest protected boat slips to the Gulf of Mexico. The slips are only available with some of the units as there are more units than slips.  The current value is approximately $75,000, which is inexpensive compared to slips at other nearby condos, such as the Caribe condo.  This number is slightly negotiable.

The Pass units all feature white tile floors, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise facility and sauna.  The units in the 08,09 and 10 stacks on the southern end of the building are very close to Perdido Beach boulevard. The Pass condo is rent-restricted and serves as many of it's owners primary residence.
