Summer House Condominium was built in two phases. Phase I was completed in 1984 and Phase II was completed in 1985. Each Tower has 14 floors and contains 84-three bedroom, two bath units. Each unit has 1,263 square feet of heated and cooled space. The corner units have large 500 square foot wrap-around balconies and the interior units have 240 square foot balconies. All units directly face the gulf.
