The Gulf Shores state fishing pier is 1,540 ft. long and 20 ft. wide constituting 2,448 square feet of fishing space for guests and residents.  The costs for the pier are $9 for adults and children 12 and over, $5 for children under 12 and $4 for sightseeing.  For detailed info on the Gulf Shores State Fishing pier, click here.
Grand Pointe condos are located at the Western base of Perdido Pass and offers some of the best views in all of Orange Beach with the boats coming and going all day long.  Caribe Resort is on the East side of Perdido Pass, but is not on the Gulf of Mexico, but the land in this area is very narrow which gives Caribe guests and owners great views of the Gulf of Mexico and Old River from the units facing East and West.  Caribe Resort has an incredible amenity package making it one of the more popular condos in Orange Beach.  Caribe features a putting green, tennis courts, numerous pools, slides and kiddie pool areas, steam rooms / saunas, spa / hot tubs, exercise rooms, covered parking and much, much more,

ABACO Condo Gulf Shores - Aerial Video



ABACO is a new pre construction condo planned for the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, AL and will sit between Harbor House and Oceania condos.  ABACO will consist of 78 three bedroom condos with media rooms and range in size between 2,080 and 2,120 square feet; excluding the penthouse floor plans.  The building will have twenty floors of living space and another 4-5 floors for parking and and offer a full amenity package.  The attached video is taken from above the beach where ABACO will sit and offers a neat perspective of the surrounding area as one would see it from the balcony at ABACO when it's finished.  We have all of the available info published on this website and an individual condo website specifically for ABACO.
