The Alabama Gulf Coast is a 32-mile stretch of sugar-white sand beaches with plenty of condos for sale in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The market after hurricane Katrina took a dip like everything else. Property ceased to sell and the number of condos for sale in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach rose causing a decrease in value.
