Turquoise Place condominiums consists of 400 units in two towers on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, AL. The towers are the tallest on the Alabama Gulf Coast spanning over 400 ft. The property is over 13 acres and features a 90 ft. corridor accessing the beach. The towers stand out enclosed in turquoise glass featuring an amenity package that further separates it from any other condominiums in the area. All of the units directly face the gulf and have balcony amenities that no other condos in the area can claim.
Turquoise Place is obviously and upscale development and is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Many of the condos are used strictly for second homes and beach getaways, but the owners who rent the units are bringing in around $100,000 annually. Turquoise Place is centrally located in Orange Beach and near many of the area attractions like the Wharf and its amphitheater, Adventure Island and minutes from Gulf Shores. Turquoise Place is approximately 30 minutes from Pensacola, FL which has a regional airport, minor league baseball team and a bevy of great restaurants and entertainment venues.
The amenities at Turquoise Place include a lazy river that meanders around the towers on the elevated sun deck, a huge salt water gulf front pool with a curved walkover, elevated tennis courts, tiki bar that serves drinks and snacks. Inside is a large heated pool, exercise facility, spa and steam room and on-site management. Covered parking, water slides......the amenities just keep going and going. In the units flat screen televisions above the fireplace, granite surfaces, sub zero wolf kitchen appliances, counter depth refrigerators, kitchen aide washer/dryer, wine cooler with wet bar and ice machine are some of the features giving the condos a great comfort level. The large balconies at Turquoise Place have a couple of features that no other condominiums have in a gas grill and a hot tub. Owners and guests can grill, lounge in the gulf front hot tub and soak in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the boats come in and out of Perdido Pass.
There is currently a BP credit of $200,000 for the 3 bedroom units and a $300,000 credit for the 4 bedroom units. The floor plans for the 3 bedroom units is over 2,400 square feet and the corner 4 bedroom floor plans are close to 3,700 square feet. These are very large floor plans compared to most of the condominiums on the Gulf Coast and coupled with the large expansive balconies make Turquoise Place some of the largest units on the coast. The condos have been selling quickly when they hit the market. They are releasing 10 units at a time and they're not around for long.
