Gulf Shores Hangout is located at the intersection of Hwy. 59 and Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, AL.  The Hangout is a sprawling beach front restaurant on the Gulf of Mexico and features plenty of activities and fun things going on for the entire family, such as a large play area for the kids atop white-sand from the beaches.  There are several staging areas with one large stage back near Beach Blvd with live music playing and numerous bars setup for the adults.  The restaurant serves casual food to match the atmosphere.

The Hangout is located near a few gulf front condos.  The closest is the Phoenix All-Suites, which is actually a "condotel" and owners are limited in their ownership.  The other two are typical condos on the gulf.  Island Winds is the closest condo to the West and offers a boardwalk that stretches from the Gulf Shores Hangout to Island Winds East and Island Winds West.  To the East, Regatta condos are shaped like a horseshoe and only a handful of the condos are direct gulf front with many offering partial or side gulf views.  These places are in the heart of downtown Gulf Shores and are walking distance to a variety of shopping outlets, restaurants and entertainment venues.  The Hangout is approximately 2 miles from the Gulf State Park and Lake Shelby.  Other popular areas, like the Track and Waterville are a short car ride and even a long walk.  The video shows the area from the air making it easier to see how much is going on in a small area of Gulf Shores.  There are numerous condos and homes in this part of Gulf Shores with gulf front homes and condos, as well as, homes and condos with gulf access.  These places are spread throughout Gulf Shores and there is plenty of diversity in the real estate market to accommodate most investors.
