This is a VERY rough idea of what the hompage should consist of. It should include available units, maps, area links, synopsis of our purpose, notification we are local with an office here at the beach to service both involved parties, 24-7 availability etc. (These things will replace the text here)

Please notice the personal feel that most all other sies I have looked through lack. One of our objectives will be to make the site as user-friendly as possible. There are things that will need to be added and modified, changed and deleted, we will unfortunatley have to go through some growing pains. Our gaurantee to our customers (both owners and renters) will be the best value for the renters and the most profit for owners.

We must stress our intent to create value in our efforts without exception, this is our gaurantee. It will be absolutely neccessary for us to get started and continue strong with this in mind. As we to move to other areas, which I believe will happen quickly, I would think competitors will make similar changes, especially upon success and we will have success, thats my gaurantee to you. This is something that can quickly grow and the rate at which this happens will directly reflect our efforts to promote our work. Our plan will be to start small, make contacts will others in similar areas with similar interests and expand as quickly as possible, without sacrificing integrity. I sincerely expect this to be the idea you have all known was there, but have been waiting for the right time, it's now! I look forward to our indeavor together.
