| The Pass is a low-density complex at the base of the Perdido Pass bridge. It has the closest protected boat slips the Gulf of Mexico. The slips are only available with some of the units as there are more units than slips. The current value is approximately $75,000, which is inexpensive compared to slips at Caribe slips.
The Pass units all feature white tile floors, granite counter-tops and stainless appliances. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise facility and sauna. Something to consider is the noise from the road. The units in the 08,09 and 10 stracks on the southern end of the building are very close to Perdido Beach boulevard. It is also rent-restricted and serves as many of it's owners primary residence. |
