After the first auction was cancelled, a second auction was held in February and was a huge success. Over 1,400 people turned out to have a chance at buying a condominium. The prices were aroun $275 per square foot and approximately 60 units were sold. There are still a few units left along the same price points. This is one of the best deals on the beach right now and San Carlos is renting very well.
