The reason I became a realtor stems from my enjoyment of business, all aspects: money, tax, finance, investing etc. After living in a small community I felt I knew everyone. With the popularity of our local investment market soaring, it seemed like a natural fit to try and start a career from earning investors money. After selling real estate for two years, I have found my niche.

A prospective buyer searching for property in our area would have a much harder time without the technology provided by the information highway. With this in mind, I base much of my business over the computer. New listings are not only put on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) but also sent to each agent individually, ensuring maximum exposure. Finally, an agent database consisting of thousands of agent emails across the U.S. often causes investors to compete for condominium listings.

My experience and familiarity with the Gulf coast area allow me to make any real estate transaction (investment purchase, relocation, primary or secondary home sale or purchase) a pleasant one.
